RULES AND REGULATIONS
All members must be a member of Harlow Composite Social Club.
Associate members can join the club but DO NOT qualify for the Social Club events.
Each member must have a valid Water Authority "Rod Licence"
Anyone caught by the N.R.A for not having a licence will be automatically dismissed from the club and any future events.
Each member is responsible for keeping the lakes, rivers etc tidy. Members must not leave litter, lines or discarded tackle which may endanger wildlife.
All members to abide by the rules set by the individual fishing venues.
If complaints come from any of the fishing venues, they will be investigated.
NO ALCOHOL to be taken on any of the venues.
Barbless hooks only.
If a member has stated that he will attend a venue (1 weeks notice will be given), and does not turn upon the day, he will be fined the full peg price.
Venues start at the time displayed on the Fishing Club notice board. If members have a problem reaching the venue on time and have notified another member, then the match draw will be delayed for 30 minutes. The draw will then take place and the match fished for 6 hours. Any latecomers will draw from the pegs that are left, and will forfeit any time that they have lost
12) Each member should buy 2 tickets for "Tribute night events" to support club funds.
